Functional Life Achievement (FLA) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization established in 1996 in New York, NY. We are dedicated to assisting children and families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Our primary mission is to provide early intervention services, helping children develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for a successful future. We focus on children under three years old who exhibit neurologically impaired, learning disabled, emotionally disturbed, and handicapping conditions.
